Beets and Carrots is a farm- to- table restaurant with only 19 seats in total. However, our restaurant is available for small parties and private events. Please call us to speak with the Chef and discuss your next great event.
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from places like Dutch Meadows Farm and Fledgling Crow Farm. Dutch Meadows is specialized in high quality, grass-fed meats, and organic dairy products, raised in harmony with the land, and Fledgling Crow Farm is famous for growing the finest certified organic vegetables and culinary ingredients. Also, our seafood landed locally from NJ to Maine.
Dear first-time visitors, we would like to bring to your attention that you can count on a longer wait for your food. Our kitchen is as tiny as the restaurant and can only accommodate one Chef. However, our Chef will offer you an amuse bush while you wait.
